Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options inside Germany and Europe:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2 to 5 business days. Cost: Calculated at checkout / Free on qualified orders.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1 to 2 business days. Cost: Displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
